NOGA issues two license classes. A B2C license covers operators serving players directly, and a single B2C license covers every vertical, so casino, sportsbook, poker, lottery, esports and bingo do not need separate endorsements. A B2B license covers software, platform and payment suppliers. Holding both is possible but each requires its own application and its own annual fee.
Cryptocurrency is expressly permitted, and foreign-sourced revenue is not taxed in the federation, though your operating company remains subject to tax where it is incorporated. Saint Kitts and Nevis is an established offshore financial center with a common law system and closed beneficial ownership register, which reads better to counterparties than the newer Pacific and Indian Ocean regimes.
Be clear-eyed about the trade-off. This is not a tier-one license. Payment provider and banking acceptance is narrower than Curacao under LOK, and it will not open regulated markets that require a domestic license. It suits operators targeting markets where Caribbean offshore licensing is commercially sufficient, or those who want a credible interim position while pursuing something heavier.
