Starting a crypto casino in 2026 is a sequencing problem. Operators who launch cleanly do four things in the right order: pick the license, build the corporate structure around it, draft the policies the license conditions require, and only then approach banks and payment partners. The license comes first because it dictates everything downstream. The corporate structure follows the license, never the other way around. A typical stack is a holding company in BVI or Seychelles owning a licensed operating entity in the license jurisdiction, sometimes with a support entity in Costa Rica for staff and processing. Policies are not paperwork theater. AML procedures, responsible gaming measures, and player terms are license conditions, and they are the first documents a PSP or EMI requests during onboarding.
